Forsite customers receive a personal service. You’ll get to meet the people who will actually be doing the work, and there’s nothing hidden.  We encourage face to face interaction as we know that this is the best way of achieving success.  

Each project is different.  We always start by listening to, and understanding, your needs.  We’ll suggest options for how to obtain the most effective result, and then we transfer your test to a format ready for manufacture.  Whether the project is assay development, to manufacture an existing or new test, to transfer other diagnostic formats to LFD, or to customise a test and Reader combination, we always make sure we understand your goals and ambitions.

Naturally, we establish quality criteria with you, and produce validation batches before going ahead with full scale manufacture.  Because forecasting market need is challenging we provide flexible production solutions to meet fluctuating demand.  We want your products to succeed in the market, and we will help you to reduce financial commitment and risks wherever possible.
