Quality in all we do

Operational and product quality lie at the very heart of Forsite.  We understand fully the need for quality in all we do, and how this is reflected in customer confidence.  We recognise too that the search for quality never ends, and this drives us on our journey to the future.

Forsite has ISO9001:2008 accreditation for the development and manufacture of lateral flow diagnostics.  We invite quality audits from our customers at any stage of the relationship to ensure that we are providing products to the required quality.  All our products are fully traceable from the raw materials right through to the final end user.

During manufacture, QC checks are carried out at all key points.  We have our own stringent procedures, but if variations on this are required by our customers, we will follow agreed protocols. 

All staff are trained in quality improvement, and take an active role in process evolution to maintain standards.  We are always keen to receive comments and customer feedback on issues of quality, and these can be sent to us via email or via +44 (0) 1904 462600.
